Layers and plasters by recycled papers

Layers and plasters by recycled papers

Everyone agrees that the only salvation from the great increase of garbage is given by its distributed collection that permits to use more times the same raw materials. Plastic, paper, glass and so on, are real gold mines for people who know how to use them to make new objects or products that can be put again on the market. By using recycled paper and other natural elements, a new product has been created, principally useful in building sector, with surprising characteristics. The formula of this new substance created by Rino Sebastiani (Pisa) is secret, but the results of the produced samples are solid evidence and prove the validity of this product, which can be used for different purposes. It can be sold in paste shape, mixed with traditional plasters, then applied by usual tools and let dry up in order to obtain a surface where paint can be put; this surface would result much more firm and compact than the one obtained with powder plaster, in such a way that, even if hardly scraped, it doesn’t suffer damages. This substance can be used, mixed with concrete and sand in the portion of 50%, also for layers of floors, roofs and other architectural elements, since it is formed in the portion of 90% by paper and thus permits to perfectly insulate from heat, cold and noise. In addition, it results 45% lighter than traditional layers. Then, if you materialise specific moulds with the shapes you want to obtain and then pour the sole mixture inside it, you’ll build capitals, piles, walls, anything you want, in a simple way, being certain that you have obtained a compact, light and resistant object. Anyway, the wider market this product could cover is constituted by the partitions, because if it is originally made ad hoc for a wall, it will certainly replace traditional plaster walls: it is sturdier, more elegant and much less subject to wear and tear. Besides all these features, this product, which is even very cheap, is characterised by the fact that it is almost solely produced with recycled materials. Building materials’ producers could not miss this futuristic product. Anyone wishes to produce this invention or make sure it is valid, has only to contact the inventor, so that he can view and directly touch the several produced samples which prove the quality of the results from his research. So if you are interested in this brilliant and useful invention and if you want to receive some more detailed information, you can contact us at our telephone numbers indicated at the end of the page or you can write us using the appropriate ELECTRONIC FORM. We remind readers that all the published prototypes in this site are patented.
