Every time someone has an accident, the first problem is to establish the dynamic of the accident so to verify the responsibility without misunderstandings. In fact the special device will permit to use the images recorded by two micro-lens (it is also possible to have a third one) placed in the backside of the car. They will be oriented to the front so they can control completely the road, thanks to the special wide lens which have a wideness of 90° each, a total of 180°. The images will be sent to a device no bigger than a radio set, which will record them on a magnetic tape. The functions of the device are completely automatic. It goes on when the car goes, and when the car stops, the device rewinds the tape which right now consist of 4 hours, but the time can be increased. This special device alternates the images of the two lens, each one records for 1-2 seconds (they can be settling separately). The recording system on tape gives many advantages: it’s cheap, it’s independent and the lost of the images can happen only in case of direct contact with fire or high temperature, but it is possible to solve this inconvenience easily. The versatility and the use simplicity are the strongholds of this system, in fact in case of necessity it is possible to see immediately the recorded images, either removing the recorder and connecting it to the tv, or removing the tape and inserting it in the video-recorder. Then in few minutes it is also possible to duplicate the tape and make copies, all this with no expensive or complicate devices. Other interesting aspects of this special device are the selection and mostly the prevention. Selection because it can be used by the insurance, maybe offering discounts or easy policy. Prevention because the reckless drivers will be detected and punished.
